How to Speak English Like a Native Speaker?

The best thing I can suggest is to practice speaking with English speakers that have the accent you desire the most. There is no universal “US pronunciation”, so it really depends on where you are planning on speaking English the most. Once you know that, practice as much as you can with speakers of that specific area. Accents are often difficult to improve upon without a LOT of practice. Good luck! 
Your native language has a very strong accent and that influences your English accent. The better way to improve your English accent is practicing. Speak as much as you can. I don’t know if you have grammatical errors in you speech, but perhaps you have an accent when it comes to speaking English? Maybe try to change your accent?

Practice practice practice. The other option might be (if you have the $$) is to purchase a Rosetta Stone program for US English. They have a feature on there that includes native speakers pronouncing the words, and you have the opportunity to duplicate it. It gives you a sound readout and everything…it might help you pinpoint what you are missing that makes you sound different. You might be able to find a used one online at EBay or Amazon too.
