I dont know any sites but you could buy roseta stone. A software that teaches you different languages. The best way to learn is to listen and to actually use the language. Watch television in english for a while. Communicate with people. I came to the U.S.A when i was in 3rd grade and I knew no english at all. I learned in about 6 months by talking to classmates.

I would suggest watching Youtube videos. There are plenty of actual people talking and not just text. That way you can hear how words are used in a daily setting instead of just the classroom setting. Look up any topic and you'll find plenty of people talking about that topic. I hope this helps. Good Luck! :D

Well I don't really know any good sites, but if you really want to speak it fluently try speaking with native english speaking people. That is the only way you can truly understand everything and learn how to speak it properly. I learned English in a year without studying and people thing it is my native language.http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?…

READ!!!!!!! The more english you read, the better your vocabulary will get. It's true in all languages; reading is one of the best ways to expose yourself and develop richness in speech. Speak it every chance you get. Try to talk to yourself and think to yourself in English. Aside from that, the people recommending watching TV shows are dead-on. My mom learned English from watching American TV. It's all about exposure at this point, baby! Good luck! Ohhh, try finding a pen pal.
