I Am Not Good Enough For English Grammar But I Am Deaf?

I did trying to catch reading english grammar etc… But i wish i can hearing my ear and I want voice look like what my voice, I always trying to learning other people’s hearing who can skill good english that is I want to learning them. I have hard for me becuase i am deaf but Just trying do my best! I wish i knowegled very good english . Do you think i am good english or not? Please help me .
