I agree with the first answerer with respect to improving your English. Read books, especially, and remember to pay attention to the words you don’t know. You can look them up and then also remember them in context. Another generally helpful thing to do is to find a list of latin root words (and prefixes and suffixes) and study those. Knowing certain basic latin (and Greek) words can help you figure out a lot of words with which you may be unfamiliar. I did a very quick google search and found the following site that sounds really helpful: https://www.msu.edu/~defores1/gre/roots/…
If you have trouble getting onthat site then just do a google search for something like “Latin root words” or “Latin prefixes and suffixes”– there are plenty of sites listing good words to learn.
Once you have learned that list, you’ll find that a lot of words you’re not sure about are guessable.
For free editing of your work, I kind of think that this site is among your best bets. I’ve seen a lot of people post paragraphs on this site (Yahoo! Answers) and ask for help, and sometimes they get good responses. IT’s not very systematic, and you have to be careful with people’s advice because it’s not always right, but, if you keep the excerpts you’re sending reasonably short then you might get some good tips.

Read anything and everything in English. Hear the news in English, Watch English television programmes, insist on speaking in English with every one. Ask people with better English diction to correct you when you make mistakes.
For competitive examination purposes, it would be better that you take professional help. I can direct you to a very good teacher if you email me.
