How To Improve My Written English Skills?

I am in the hotel field. I am French Canadian and I am under the impression that my average(poor) written english skills is what is preventing me to get an hotel manager position in this hotel group. How can I improve my written skills? The position requires the ability to write emails , memos etc..

   Capitalize proper nouns… “English” is one… “skills” is PLURAL but you used “skills is” instead of “skills ARE”.
   Learn the parts of speech and how to use them… it will make you sound a whole lot smarter and better educated.

   Check on Adult education courses at any college near you. Also check if your employer will pay for the classes.
