What Is The Best Way To Learn English?

I am trying to learn English, but it doesn’t seem easy to me.
I have decide to ask one more question every day. I guess this will help extend my expression skill. Could you suggest to me if you have any other idea for learning english with fun?
Please point me a mistake on above sentence. Thanks.

   I would suggest using Rosetta Stone. It is quite expensive, but very helpful.
   Also, corrections on your sentence : “I am trying to learn English, but it doesn’t seem easy to me. I have decided to ask one more question every day.
